Hane given up on trying to tidy the bits and bobs baskets and have poured the contents (small tinkly things and broken rear LEDs - you know, essentials) into one large basket.

This now lives in the garage and will, no doubt, be upset by one of my offsping and left scattered everywhere.

Have settled down to watch a recording of the 'Strictly dancing crap' around at Chris's house. Don't know where he's gone though - Mrs H reckons he's surfing porn.

Sitting in front of the computer, legs hurting after a 2 hour battle with the wind that seemed to defy the laws of physics and be constantly "on the nose". Well , this is Fenland, what else can you expect

Into the shower in a moment and then grated cheese and beetroot on toast for lunch, followed by taking the dog for a walk by the river.

Feeling a little better than I have for a few days. I'm actually feeling cold, much makes a change. I've had a bit of a high temp for a few day days. Still dealing with a cough and a nose bleed.

Wondering how it is humanly possible that a mere 12 hours after thinking I'd got rid of a nasty cold, I have a sore throat and a chesty cough again. This is a whole new set of germs.

Yup there is a lot to complain about and we are not even writing a letter to the Notting Hill Housing Trust, just the builders who are fixing up the kitchen.

We got it all onto 3 pages and it is very good. So it is just the waiting game until we are back in the flat in the new year.

Oddly, I am only on the radar of one rag (and a rag I have never attempted to publish in). Might use it as a tool to get myself on the editorial board. The theory is that they will hopefully take offence and remove me from their lists for being a chancer...
