Drinking tea and waiting for the dinner to cook. Mrs. Wow & Dez have, between them, made a steak & kidney pudding. It is steaming as I type.

All the shopping's done. Off to daughter's in the morning. Hunky-dory.

It's at Alder Hey children's hospital.I very nearly

watching this & remembering our daughter being at risk when she was about 18 months old.
I realise that Marj & I have been very fortunate with our children & grandchildren.
There is nothing so distressing as children being so ill as this.

So that's four blessings of children
One for a mother
& one for Marj
That's a lot to be gratefull for

I'm sitting in a cafe in Palm Springs, having a coffee and kicking myself for losing my camera

I left my camera bag in the back of a car in the car hire place when we changed cars. It was my posh DSLR, with extras - about £600 worth! By the time I realised it was missing and we managed to get through to the car hire company (we were 200 miles away) the bag was no longer there. We'll have to see if the insurance company will cough up for it - but I doubt it...

I'm sorry. That sucks! Take some comfort from the anticipated bemused looks on the face of 'Knock-Off Nigel' when he goes thru' the existing images on your camera!
