As the Wikipedia link says, he used her photo, or a design based on it, for an album cover. I'd not heard of MB-W so today is one of those good days when we have managed to educate each other.  :thumbsup:

Steve Bell based this cartoon on her photo 15 years ago, after Hurricane Katrina left New Orleans under water and the relief operation basically left blacks to sink or swim. I think he's used it more than once, but that's the only one that sprang to mind.

Edit: I can't recall the context, but I'm sure SB also based a cartoon on it over the Iraq war, and in that one Tony Blair was the dog.
