Self destructing Neoair
« on: 30 September, 2011, 08:10:02 am »
It's dying in front of me. I'm sitting on it cross legged and there is a crackling sound coming from 1 corner which is starting to balloon up.

It's lasted longer than the Downmat though.

Don't think I've got the receipt either -(

Only 1 night of camping left this trip.

I had this with my Alpkit one, I'd had it 2yrs and they replaced it f.o.c. without any issue whatsoever.
Try Thermarest and see what they say?

Yes,  I've had a previous TAR replaced with no hassle. I'll go to the manufacturer directly as I can't see Sports Direct being interested.

I posted my knackered NeoAir to the distributor on Tuesday and found a brand new one waiting for me at home tonight.  They've even included a repair kit which was an expensive extra when I bought the original one.

That's a  for Thermarest's customer service then.
