Looks like a neat bivi bag and tarp replacement that you can string up using your bike as the main pole. Not as light as a super-duper tent, but a hell of a load cheaper.

They're going for £25 including delivery on eBay

How could you use the bike asa main pole? A bike isn't a stable object.
