Just checked my start time and its 14:45 (I requested 15:00)
I guess the other ACME team members are also 14:45?

My inmate number is AN4.

A -Z, AA - AN comes out at 40 start groups.   Assuming same start sizes (as 2017) of 45-50, that covers 1800 - 2000 starters.   If like 2017 they’ll be entrants who don’t turn up to registration / don’t start.  I expect the start figure will be closer to the lower number.

LEL admin chipping in here . We expect on the line starters to be very close to 2017 which was just over 1700 from memory. We think we have learnt bits and bobs from 2017 .. so expect a better ride .. especially in relation to first night eating and sleeping. i am told that route is lumpier but still a cracking route. 1518 kms or so  mandatory rather than 1425  but with an extra 8 hours for just those 100kms more. Still riders from 55 countries .. and still with no qualifying rides .. we think there will be a high DNF %.. as there seem to be many who have little idea what the mental and physical demands of 5 days riding involve.

Just found this... after having been called 'one of Tom's boys' (this was funny because I'm not a boy), I guess I might qualify as an ACME rider...

My start time is 7am ish, but I expect you all to catch me up at some point
