Stoke police have a tandem they believe stolen, pic here, anyone recognise it?

The resolution of that photo was so poor that all I could see was the frame colour and to count both seats.

Maybe the police could ask Swinnerton’s shop? They’ve never actually made frames, but it’s likely the owner would have some connection to have had it fairly recently transferred up.

It seems its owner has been traced via Swinnertons.
