The trouble with this nice weather is that horrible gilets don't feature  ;)

This was taken by a volunteer at Louth.  The white markings are salt stains not a fancy pattern.

Do you suffer from cramp?  I am also coated in salt after a long hot ride, and get severe cramps after about 70 miles.  Eating a very salty diet the day before helps.

No cramp, I had three bags of salted peanuts to snack on. Topped up with three more bags on day 3.

Or raphra version https://www.charlottebarnes.co.uk/lel2022hardriders/h16411d8d

Some people look very unhappy that the ride is over and they had to get off the bike.
