Taking up yodelling... for deliveries
« on: 12 November, 2010, 09:35:02 am »
Home delivery network is now Yodel and it seems I may as well yodel for my delivery.  :-\  Missed parcel card ref only allows one to arrange a different day for delivery, and not track it.  Can't speak to anyone, about roughly when it might turn up; so it's the usual 9-5pm I suppose...  :(  :hand:

God help us all...

Much to my amazement, the last item we ordered from Amazon was delivered, and given to our neighbours, by HDN.  As soon as I saw the amazon email saying it had been scheduled by delivery by HDN, my heart sank.  The item in question was a letterbox.  My wife told me they had delivered it, and asked where I thought the keys were, for the locked letterbox.  Yep, you guessed it....   Cue much shaking and rattling, and the end of the large polythene bag they were in, was visible at the letter slot.  Much cajoling ensued, and eventually I got hold of it well enough to rip the bag open and extract the keys from the other hardware.
