If they are as realistic as the exercise bikes in our gym, then keeping up shouldn't be a problem.

I do admit the gym bike did smell of burning a bit after I set it to maximum and sprinted to get under 17 minutes for a 10 mile ride.  ::-)
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is...
