which IMO is a not a bad thing. It took me ages before I plucked up the courage to go to a spinning class, fearful of the fact that I'd be the only bloke person there. I wasn't and the lady people were just ordinary spinners <- whatever they might be. I didn't feel out of place at all.

I survived! I was the only bloke out of 9, only one had done any yoga before and I was one of the more flexible, surprisingly. Really, really enjoyed it.   

I think everyone was a bit nervous and not sure what the acceptable 'banter level' was, so it was a bit quiet, hopefully will improve as we get a bit more relaxed!

Why not give Bikram Yoga a go?  :demon:


I did some for a while last autumn here in Biggin Hill.  Inna Mongolian yurt of all things, it was pretty awesome.
