Charity Sportives - Would you fundraise?

I'm uncomfortable with the whole idea of sponsorship, both raising and giving. I'd rather just make a donation to a charity I feel is worthwhile. Sponsorship so often feels like paying for someone's holiday.

This and you can't expect us to keep asking our friends and family for money for different charities month after month year after year for rides we can do in our sleep.
