All, If there is anyone who lives in or travels through Merton, please consider signing this petition - https://democracy.merton.gov.uk/mgEPetitionDisplay.aspx?ID=29&RPID=3979758&HPID=3979758 - asking that the council speeds up implementation of their LTN schemes.
(I have no idea if you need to provide your address to sign the petition, though I suspect you do have to create an account with Merton.)
