Prenez quatre rats de taille moyenne et posez-les sur une planche à découper. Après vous être assuré que le hachoir est fraîchement affûté, élevez-le aussi haut que possible au-dessus du rat. Assurez-vous que le cou du rat est exposé, puis abaissez le hachoir avec autant de force que possible sur le cou ou la tête du rat. Faites-le ensuite cuire dans une tarte.

This evening I ventured out in full winter regalia - longs, fleece, paramo over-jacket, gel mitts and thermal gloves.

I went out for a walk after dark with my paramo smock over a t shaped shirt and and shorts. I was a bit cold.
