Could Iceland afford to put Eurovision on? That might do well on sympathy voting coupled with it's not that bad.

Is it me, or are all the acts particularly bland and lacking in kitch and camp this year?

I kinda liked the Jerry entry and it had a different sound to it, so not faint praise.
Moldova was pretty silly, but so many of the acts seem like they've come straight out of Corporate.
