Title: Randonneuring in Korea - check out their website!
Post by: bludger on 12 July, 2018, 04:43:03 pm
It's quite retro (as is AUK) but very functional.

I especially love their permanents directory.

They also collate some very interesting statistics about randonneuring in Korea!

They have some pretty strict rules about night riding though - hi vis is mandatory

If I find a spare few days I might have a go at rendering a perm map like theirs for AUK.

A 497km perm is an interesting distance! (In fact, it's probably a good sign – suggests it's been designed for a good route above all rather than to meet a set distance.)

Might take more than a few days, there are a lot if perms and many have really sparse information on route.

My brother teaches out there and cycles quite a bit. I'll ping this over to him - thanks!
