She (Bella, cat) is on her way to the emergency vet
. Not sure what’s wrong with her, but she spent half the morning walking round in circles, ignoring her crunchies. Then I put some more wet food down which she ate, and then went upstairs. Two hours later, she was trying to come downstairs but was too uncoordinated, and I found she’d vomited all today’s food up, and, most worryingly, defecated on my wife’s desk - she’s never defecated indoors before and rarely goes on the desk unless my wife is working there and the cats hungry. She is fairly elderly, at least 17... she was a rescue cat so no one really knows.
Edit: Diagnosis is a brain tumour or stroke - in the space of 5 hours she’s gone blind and deaf. She also has a heart condition. She’ll be home a little later, so we can put her to rest in the garden she loved.
