Well, it might as well. Fewer people will die from climate change if it does. Assuming that the Zika virus isn't caused/spread by the effects of cc, that is.

It's caused by a fertiliser or pesticide, can't remember which,* developed by Monsanto. So some people are saying.

*Probably depends who is telling anyway.
