Retirement - the play list
« on: 14 December, 2023, 09:20:29 am »
Today's the day, I was thinking to myself, not only should there be a playlist:

Craig David - Walking Away
Dead Kennedys - Take this job and shove it
Animals - We got to get out of this place

but there should also be a playlist that should have been:

Boomtown Rats - Tell me why I don't mind Mondays
Dolly Parton - Not working 9 to 5
Anything by UB40, nothing by Working Week

Welcome To The Working Week ~ Elvis Costello

The version, "You're welcome to the working week" is possibly more in keeping.
