Cable hanger barrel adjuster

I'm needing a 5mm barrel adjuster for a brake hanger but hving a difficult task traking them down online. any clues?

Take apair of cable cutters down to the local shopping centre tip and see if you can liberate one from one of the bikes in there.

You don't want the hanger but just the barrel adjuster correct?
