Whisky Live! At the SECC 1st Nov

If any of the Ecossais fancy a day out in Glasgae, I have access to discount tickets - £13 (rather than £26) noon to 6pm including Whisky Live tasting glass, show guide, 8 vouchers and food.

I see a potential social on the horizon!

Tempted :P

Wife is away that weekend too  ;)

And I see Laphroaig are on Saturday  ;D ;D ;D

How's the knee?  Is this part of the plan to relieve the boredom?

Oooo. Have I missed something. What's wrong with the padbeat's knee ?

And I'd dearly love to get to this one but distance, alas, gets in the way.

It looks like I'm not going to be able to make the Saturday session either now - might try to make it to the Friday.
 ::-)

OTOH, I was starting to feel like a bit of a malingerer with the knee - not in actual pain any more and I appear to have a full range of movement.
Then I went on the turbo trainer for 20 minutes yesterday on a really light setting. Ouchie all last night!

Looking forward to seeing the physio in a couple of weeks!
