There's a default perm entry form available on the AUK site.

Edit: Ah, yes. The AUK page on one part states "Fee: £ To be confirmed", but hidden in the top corner it says "£2 entry fee".  The route looks fun

Better point out that I'm not going to be approaching either of these as a group ride as I need to ride them at my own speed in order to be efficient since I am riding both. That may be slower or faster than other people, but of course company is always welcome

As Dave Lewis is still running the permanent, I plan to do the Trefil Travail 100 on the Sunday as a "warm down" from the P+K300.  I don't have the time or inclination to do CS3A and a 100km ride with 2.25AAA points strikes me as being suitably lumpy to justify sticking around in Wales for.

Anyone else interested in this one?  I'll be starting out from Tongwynlais or wherever on route is closest to Cardiff YH.

What's the planned route from Rhayader to Hay? Via Builth Wells and Boughrood like one does on the BCM or the hillier, but 6 km shorter, option via Painscastle?

I have a gpxx which is only useful if you have a 705.  I normally keep a gpx version for future editing but I can't find them

I should have one from last year. I got lost toward the end so you will have to edit it a bit. The wrong bit should be obvious. I will dig it tonight when I get back home.

Last year routesheet assumed that you had some familiarity with the geography in the valleys and I hadn't (and was knackered by this time!). The reward for being lost was drunken ladies very keen to feel how firm a cyclist bottom is.
