The Dutch/ Flemish feeds seem to indicate that the concern was more around his pacemaker.
Didn’t stop the usual helmet enforcers comments though - even though whether or not he was wearing one wasn’t mentioned ( this is Belgium after all)!
Roger De Vlaminck is in intensive care in Eeklo after self- referring with sweats and shortage of breath. Initial suspicions are around a blood virus.
