Alexei Sayle on cycling in London - video (http://www.guardian.co.uk/travel/video/2011/may/12/alexei-sayle-cycling-in-london)
Not as entertaining as I'd wish from him, but quite amusing nonetheless.

He's been a keen cyclist for years. I first heard of Pete Matthews from an interview with him in IIRC Bicycle Action c.1985.

Look at his shadow - what the hell, sort of camera has he got on his head? ???

Nice find Rhys.

That's just proper cycling

Yeah, kudos for wearing a helmet cam but no helmet!
Looks like a GoPro Hero HD on his bars in some shots - seems to be the industry standard for productions like this.

I was on a Finsbury Park CC run near Biggleswade in the late 1980s and we ran into Lex at a cafe near Biggleswade.
Our cries of 'Who's that fat bastard?' got us a few minutes of jolly chat with him. Riding a Condor, IIRC.
Mind you, he did look comical with his Tudor-style bottoms that had the crotch about three inches above his knees. ;D
