I've just managed to cut open my finger using a crocodile clip... idle minds... lol
I seem to have developed a blood blister 5mm away from the cut. It's not painful but it's a noticible bump.
Do I burst it?

No.
Only burst normal blisters.

As long as you clean it afterwards and dress it like any other cut or abrasion I don't see a problem.

If it's not painful, why burst it?
If it's causing awkwardness, use a sterile needle on two sides put on a clean absorbent dressing and deroof if the overlying skin gets manky. Otherwise, leave well alone.
