Quad, calf and inner thigh pain
« on: 03 October, 2015, 01:07:05 pm »
I had a bike fit done about 6 months ago however I find that I am still struggling with leg ache in the areas mentioned above.

I feel better on the bike but am surprised that it still does not feel easy.

My position was moved about 1.5cm forward (both bars and seat) and the saddle moved slightly lower.

I am also 'ankling' when riding and do easy gears and high cadence.

Appreciate any ideas as to what it could be (I accept it just maybe a case of manning up)

Thanks

Kim

Surely that sort of muscular ache is a normal symptom of the "It doesn't get any easier, you just go faster" process?
