German entries have gone downhill since they started shaving their armpits. She also looks disturbingly like Posh spice. Is the song about child snatching?

I liked her voice a lot and  actuallythought the song mildly interesting.

Is it me, or are all the acts particularly bland and lacking in kitch and camp this year?

I'd agree. It does seem as though the sound mix is off as well. It's quite hard to hear the singers.
