According to HIGNFY, ee-uns of any spelling are an endangered species.

That's because foreigns can't say it.

Mind you, they do a better job of it than Siobhan, Niamh, or (for bonus points) Meadhbh. Admittedly, the latter has given up and writes the Anglicized version.
They don't do well with Hugh either. Ooog.

Anyway, this is his name:

His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales

What does that add up to?  A hill of beans?

I think it is actually His Royal Higness Prince Henry of Wales

At least it was a few weeks ago when he was at a function I was at.

Did he ask for your autograph?

No, he asked for yours.
I trust you signed on my behalf?

He was insistent, so no. He wanted authenticity. In spades.
It is simpler than it looks.

Well? What does it signify? Two and a bit devils, I suppose, which is just what you'd expect of the French.
That must be why a Frenchman got the Brexit negotiator job!

Will Harry and Meghan's marriage last?

Americans tend not to last too much with British royals!

Uh? Wallis outlived her Royal husband and was married for 35-odd years, having wed at over 40.

The woman currently known as Fergie is indeed American, although to my knowledge has never put out for a Royal.
