Does anyone know anyone that does proper WEEE (ecigs/laptops etc) product disposal who can supply certs and evidence?

The company I work for, SCC, does proper disposal for laptops. We do computer disposal for government and corporate clients. Not ecigs though and for laptops it would depend on ho wmany you wanted disposing of, if it was a few then probably you need to look somewhere else but if it was 100 then give SCC a ring.

I'm looking specifically for an organisation that can do ecigs because of their lithium batteries.
