Controllers- Sat, August 11 - Harlow/Essex

An exciting new event is being organised for Sat August 11 this year.  It will include a Village Hall Control near (east of) Harlow which nominally will be open from 1 til 7pm to provide all the usual refreshments to flagging cyclists.

If you're likely to be available and interested in supporting the event as a Controller - or perhaps know a local community group who whould be interested in getting involved in providing refeshments for the event - please PM me. There will be other controls to be manned - more on that later - but right now we need to focus on whether a dedicated Essex control is feasable, otherwise we'll all be off to the Harlow Tesco Superstore.
