Raminphrikesh Pharghangitalivati's pilonidal cyst (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pilonidal_cyst) had been bothering him for a long time, but this was the first time he'd managed to insert two joints of his ring finger into it.

It's also very unpleasant. However, in the strong traditions of smutty erudition I would like to formally propose that the pilonidal cyst should be adopted as YACF's Nasty Condition of the Year. Extra points will be awarded to anyone who suffers from them.
