for next weekend...........

Still time to enter the Cheese Toastie 100k and the Billingshurst 300k (this one is only £4) although the Cheese Toastie 200k, El's first 200k from Pease Pottage services south of Crawley, is now closed for entry. It's unusual to see an El event fill up as he usually can cope with quite large fields: maybe Pease Pottage is becoming a popular venue for events. I suppose it is easy to drive to and get the train from London to Gatwick - open 24 hours - and the services provide good loos, food, etc etc.

Entry form on the auk website and El points out that second class post is quite efficient, although if you want to get an entry in I suggest first class might be quicker!

Besides, it wouldn't be audacious if success were guaranteed.

Anyone riding the Cheese Toastie 200 this coming Saturday? Also, does anybody have a gpx of the route that could kindly email me?

Many thanks and looking forward to the event

Yup, riding the Cheese Toastie 200 this coming week-end.. no final GPX yet. A friend has created a rough one though... Interested?

Hi AntoCuc. I am mapping the route at the moment, but am a little confused at the end of Stage 1 just before the El Supremo control around School La. Would be great if you could email me the rough gps (sent PM with my address). I will have the rest ready within the next two days and will be happy to share it then.

Cheers
