Don't hold out much hope for the bearings in the front wheel.

For those that missed it, it was an otherwise stock Azub tandem, with surfboards mounted as outriggers. :)

Didn't you ride an amphibious recumbent solo to Edinburgh & back one very wet time?
Getting there...

I think you'll find that was an amphibious collection of cable ties, cunningly assembled into the shape of a recumbent.

"overhaul" it, or you can ride it.  (Jerome K Jerome)

I've been working on one of those.  Except it's not amphibious.

But cable ties are amphibious. The good ones will last just as long underwater as they do on the land. If its not amphibious, you need a greater ratio of ties to steel bits. :)

I've found out the hard way, that when flood water gets 2 foot deep, my trike-trailer with full camping kit floats.
The first time I was on it, It was "fun" getting off a bent trike in 2 foot of water when everything is slowly drifting sideways.
The second time I got off first and just pushed it through the flood.
