Something about these Amazon 'alexa bikes' seems awfully familiar

I was doing some uni research into Peoples Republic Chinese official understandings of 'economic development' and this photo of "Chinese Premier Li Keqiang (2nd R, front) visit[ing] a store of Flying Pigeon bicycle during an inspection tour in Tianjin, north China, June 26, 2016. (Xinhua/Pang Xinglei" caught my eye (from http://english.qstheory.cn/2016-06/27/c_1119116127.htm , the Chinese Communist Party official theoretical magazine).





Will Amazon supply a little red book with each?
