Looks like a great day out. By coincidence, I rode an audax today that went over the Coal Road to Garsdale Head and Dandry Mire to The Moorcock and then up Mallerstang to Kirkby Stephen. I've never ridden (or been) in Mallerstang before. What a wonderful valley.
