Cheers for the hints.  We ended up going with the juniper infused recipe and it was very tasty  :thumbsup:

On a separate matter, I'd never heard about The Silver Spoon until mentioned on this thread, but now there'll be a copy in the house because Nienke got given it for Crimbo!

Adam had some wild boar sausages the other week

Fantastic wild boar sausages at the South Kensington farmer's market in Bute St. on Saturday mornings... the stall has a couple of huge pans of them cooking, with onions, producing wondrous boar sausages-in-baps.
