Our LBS prepares for this evening's "Colnago Event".  They have been deemed "worthy" to stock Colnago bikes.  They are being assembled today and I'll be back later for Pizza and Beer with the other regulars.

Meanwhile I couldn't help get drool over this gorgeous powder-blue & chrome "Arabesque".  Oh My.. I feel faint.

Some people say I'm self-obsessed but that's enough about them.

A good excuse for a breather halfway up quite a decent climb.
I've dusted off all those old bottles and set them up straight

My older daughter's music project day - 60 odd young musicians gatehring to rehearse and perform a new piece written for them and the organisations 10th anniversary. Nothing processed yet and I ought to check before putting any up, but it was nice to pick up the camera again.

^^^Nice.  Reminds me of a 600 I did with battery lights in 2007: when I rode past the last street-light and into the night it was like going blind.

The D610 is the lab camera nad full frame. It will be interesting to see what it is like on my D7100.

It does 'stick' at minimum focus if you aren't careful but a quick nudge of the focus ring helps there (quite a short travel on that.) Definitely taking the monopod on longer trips.
