I am reaching a conclusion regarding bags: Carradice are dogs, Ortleib are cats.Carradice need care and attention, smell funny if you don't look after them, express endless love and character, turn mean if abused, get that battered-and-heroic look, and after a few years both bag and rider start to look similar.Ortleib don't care about love or abuse and are ever so shiny.
