The three elms at chignal st James is going to be closed for the foreseeable future if it’s the chignal pub on the list

It is. Why the closure?

Change of tenants, the people from the pig and whistle are apparently moving in, but it’ll need some work first
You can’t just call time out and stroll on into the beach if you don’t like the way things are goin’.

It’s on a need to know basis. jiberjaber needs to know, and he’ll grant you access. No doubt he’ll be along soon ... or somebody else with sufficient privilege

On account of it being dark and not much scenery to be seen anyway we may as well repeat the last route used to go to the Hurdlemakers. ETA 9pm-ish.
Guaranteed no COR  ;D

Hoping to see folks at Spa, otherwise I'll catch up at the pub.
You are in a maze of twisty flat droves, all alike.

Hello Witham Peloton, I offer you THIS ROUTE which makes the assumption we are going to the Chelmsford Winter Beer Fest and the Kind Edward the Thingy School.

As always your feedback will be appreciated  :-*

Cycle path blocked at Riverside Ice, detour is along the little green line just before 35km to Waterloo Lane then right and through the car park to join Victoria Road

You may as well head through Central Park, under Parkway along viaduct Road and then left on to Dukes Street, Right at TL Broomfield Road and Kegs is opps you.
