Grabbing GPX from Google maps

I'm looking at this Audax route and it seems that I should be able to grab the GPX for my GPS, but how???

Any pointers welcome...

Yup, that's how I solved it too ;D

Not sure about publishing the directory as it shouldn't show a listing like that...
