Are there any restrictions on Scottish cycling club members who want to ride time-trials in England?

There used to be a bilateral agreement between CTT and SC. This may be in abeyance since the formation of CTT Scotland. You may have to get your club to affiliate to CTT Scotland.

I *think* you have to ride it in a kilt, with your Claymore strapped to your side, but I could be wrong.

Don't register in Gaelic, tone down the accent and say you are from somewhere inocuous like Staffordshire......and remember you can ride on after midnight on Saturday.
