Enjoyed the write up as always. Intruiged by not knowing what food supplies you travelled with given that road stations seem few and far between.

I carried pretty much all my food requirements for the 10 days only picking up a few items as need at Hopetoun and Bremer Bay. These where items that I just carried enough of to get me to the first town or the second one as the case may be. Breakfasts are put together by myself before I left (porridge, powdered milk), lunches are mostly crackers and cheese and jam or peanut butter; dinners are either dried meals (food dryer) or purchased meals that just need water.

I am lucky in that I don't need, well cannot eat "large" meals so my food needs are quite modest. So for example a Strive meal would last me two evening meals and even then I can be struggling to eat it all.

For sure. I just find it interesting how others see what I just consider normal :)
