I'm surprised nobody's jumped on this one yet! He was the sort of chap that, as a young lad, I thought "Yes, how dapper, how suave and sophisticated, and look at the ladies he has dripping from his arm!" Okay, in real life he wasn't the sort of chap one wanted to imitate, but they were different days back then.

He was mostly before my time but I have fond memories of him in Flash Gordon as Klytus.

Fonder memories of General Kala and Princess Aurora.

When i was growing up he was The Man. Black Lotus Europa/porno tash/leather suit/laydeez aplenty. Jason King was described as a 'louche crimefighter and womanizer' - sounded good to me back then
