No cycling to follow. I'm having to do work related stuff while I'm in the office, its most unnatural

Clearly! I am in Nursemaid mode. Phyllis, of course, needs a fair bit of support, being 99 and a bit, but my dear wife is also in need of TLC, having fallen in the garden and damaged her knee quite badly. So I have other stuff to do, but I am quite happy communicating with another prevaricator.  ;)
