Steve is already on the road - are the days of having a lie-in over? Headig north and west after overnighting post Flatlander helper's ride.

Go Steve

Here in Leicester we've got persistent drizzle, which may be better than the heavy rain we had earlier. I think the forecast here is for rain pretty much all week, driven by South-westerly winds.
I fear Steve may have a hard week ahead, but as we have learned: what we consider 'hard' is bread & milk to a truly hard man.
Too many angry people - breathe & relax.

Steve's made a detour and was cycling around Victoria Pendleton's old stomping grounds, back en-route now for MK.

Recovery ride and then the first night in a bed for three days for our TG...

Up to the 'Temeraire' [Wetherspoons] in Saffron Walden from Dunmow, for breakfast.

Having been down to the church hall to make sure Steve was up and about, I went back to bed for a bit [obviously lacking in moral fibre] - but it's been a long time since I've tried to do a proper day's work after a 600!

Is the lack of HRM data on the Strava upload going to cause problems with UMCA?

Well done Steve, an easy day after a long weekend!  :P
