You've got to love the military. The yank mil have lots of tech toys and sometimes they choose to share the output - for example, drone photos of earthquake damage. It's shareable to everyone.
But just making it open to everyone grinds the gears of the control mind (wikis make them embolize [sic] ). So you have to register for J Random Forum, only that registration for this freely-shared stuff has to be a mil-spec bajillion-security-questions and a picture of kittens jobbie. Lordy.
Then you have to request access to the subforum!
I'm so glad I don't need this stuff in a hurry with intermittent power or internet.
