Remembering Road Crash Victims
From Diocese of Durham: The aftermath of road crashes stay with us all for the rest of our lives. Losing a loved one or suffering serious injury alters everything – birthdays, holidays, Christmases, special events – but the impact is perhaps felt worst every day in the ordinary moments of life. RoadPeace North East is holding a service for Road Crash Victims on Saturday 29 October 2016 at 10.30 am in Durham Cathedral. This will be the third annual service held in the Cathedral. The service is designed for everyone of every faith and of no faith. It is a peaceful service which presents an opportunity to reflect and to remember. A road death is unnatural and sudden, and loved ones are left absolutely devastated. This service is an opportunity for families to come together, as well as enabling members of the emergency services who are often first on scene at horrific crashes to have time and space to reflect and remember. All are welcome at the Service. Please contact David Robinson on 0191 269 0410 if you would like further information.
Milk please, no sugar.
