Not my best. House issues got in the way. Spent more on wallpaper than bikes.

3,188 miles for me (that's in 10 months as I was off the bike for January & February in recovery mode) - target for 2016 is to be back at >5,000 miles.

Looks like I'm back to where I was in 2011/2012, and without ending the year with a duff knee.  Possibly faster than I was then due to off-road and Brompton riding bringing the average speed down.  Long may it continue.

I got back into cycling in Jan 2012 and quit smoking two weeks after I bought it so that's when my totals started.

2012:        3304 miles
2013:        2447 miles
2014:        2211 miles
2015:        3136 miles

Aiming for 4000 this year including a bit of touring which I've been itching to do since 2013.

So far this year it's been feck all.

I feel already under pressure to match my 2015 "achievements" of over 8,700 miles and 462,000 feet of climbing. I will start in ernest this weekend whatever the weather!  ;D

Done a bit over 10,000 for the last 5 years, totalling 52,000.   I have the benefit of a commute that gives me circa 6,000 a year.

Not sure where 2016 will go at the moment.

10,451 km. I had given up on passing 10,000km but it came together in the end.

I totted up my lifetime mileage once on another forum, and the result was I have ridden the equivalent of ‘to the moon and an orbit of it’.

2015   1689      64:35:50    26.14    1521     135:14:06   0:05:20

All depends on running/riding balance for me, there's also some weights, yoga and indoor rowing thrown in there.   No regular cycle commute and I dont really record casual mileage.

This year I think the cycling will go back up as I'm having foot problems, so the running will be restricted, mainly while I'm travelling with work, unless I can find a handy wattbike.

Year's totals added. Fewer miles than 2015, but, pleasingly, an increase in average speed so that for the first time since 2012 I topped 9mph! Some of that is probably down to having done less laden touring.

This will be 3 years on the trot that I haven't recorded miles. I might have got past 1000 for this year. I know my Welsh trip and the Dunwich Dynamo notched up about 400. I did only one other ride in excess of 20 miles I think.

Around 18,000km in 2019, which is further than I’ve done for quite a few years. By my reckoning, better than 2km/hr for the year!

I've been a fairly regular cyclist from a young age (My dad was a keen club racer and tourist as well organising a good number of races). I only started recording my mileage in my mid 30's. The totals before this time will have been lower so not a tremendous loss.

Year      Miles
----------------
2008     6447
2009     7611
2010     7808
2011     9428
2012    11000
2013    11300
2014    11334
2015    12221
2016    12859
2017    13311   (first SR - calendar 200 and 300 with diy 400 and 600)
2018    13462   (first calendar 600)
2019    15490   (first PBP)
2020       601    so far...

Only started to ride longer audax in 2017 as I wanted fresh challenges. (I wasn't getting any faster in TTs!)

Other hobby (bassist in orchestra and trying to improve) and work get in the way of recording
high annual mileage on the bike.

12,613 for 2019.  Total just over 247,000 in 31 years of recording.

14,207 for 2020.  Not sure that that is beatable as I had some quite flexible working conditions over the Summer.  Well over 261,000 now and 10 years in a row of 10,000 plus.
