Getting started

After about a year and a half in the new place we are getting to grips with the garden, which was horribly overgrown.

The utility area is still messy, but I have just emptied one of the compost bins.

Here are the newly dug beginnings of a kitchen garden. The nearer square is already sown.

The fence on the right should be replaced by the end of the month.

It's a start.

Sensible compost bins. I have a similar setup, a double bin made from pallets.
