This is on a house in Crawley Down. He's also listed on the memorial in the village centre, but the blue plaque brings it all a bit closer. There are two more in the same street, next door neighbours and brothers. I found the plaques when I was researching my Tandem Club treasure hunt, and noted the Union Flag was flying at half mast the day of the ride, commemorating, I think, the centenary of one of the deaths listed. Charles, from the plaque in the picture, died a hundred years ago the day after my ride.
